The dome-shaped lower section cast around the base with a band containing a row of vertically placed vajra emblems, at its shoulder another band with horizontal vajra emblems, inbetween them a garland of lion masks issuing swaying tassels, surmounted by the grip consisting of a divinity-head topped with four curved prongs emerging from the mouths of makaras and placed around a central rod, the inside with clapper
